State Event Entry Forms – Club Notice Board Use

Below are copies of the 2022-2023 State Events Entry Forms that can be used by clubs, for posting on their Club Notice Boards, to take entries to the Regions State Events. All entry to State Events is through “Self Registration”.

This means, that if members do not enter electronically using BowlsLink then the entries received by clubs, through the use of the Entry Forms below, must be submitted by clubs using “Self Registration”. It is essential that the entries are submitted prior to the closing date as entries are closed automatically by BowlsLink.
