Results – State Novice Singles Finals

On Good Greens at Chiltern the novice singles finals were played on a lovely day with very little wind.

Ladies Final

Ladies game was contested by Sussan Singleton (Wangaratta) against Carolyn Webster (Wodonga) and won by Sussan with a score of 21 – 16, after a  game which saw the scores change end by end, before Sussan broke away to take the region title.

Mens Final  

The competitors were Ian Febey  (YMGCR) against Mike Clayton (Bright). Mike started well before Ian fought his way back to take the win 21 – 11.
