This season the Pennant Committee has decided not to set mandatory twilight games. However, should any club desire to have any Home Game programmed as a twilight game feel free to advise the Pennant Coordinator and the Fixture will be updated accordingly.
As in past seasons the Draws have had to be manipulated to accommodate club Greens renovations and to ensure sufficient rinks are available where clubs have more Sides entered than rink space available on their Greens. As a result should any club have any concerns re the Fixtures please advise asap.
Please note: The Pennant Committee will bring the start times forward to a 10.00am should extreme temperature be anticipated. The Pennant Committee did consider an early start for Weekend Pennant during the hotter part of our season. However, after consideration of the impact on bowlers working on Saturday mornings and Saturday morning family commitments (mainly bowlers with young families) the committee decided to not implement this option. Clubs are reminded that in consultation with their opponents games can be played at an earlier start time or alternative day.
