NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

SUNDAY JUNE 4^TH 2023 AT 10.30am

Dear Club Delegates and Secretaries

Notice is hereby given that the ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING of the Ovens & Murray Bowls Region will take place on 4^th June 2023 at 10.30am, at the Wangaratta Bowls Club, where all committees will be declared vacant

Volunteer nominations are required to fill all committee positions

O&M Board-consists of, President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and five [5] Board members—both President & Secretary serve as BVRR at BV meetings

Match Committee [Selection Committee] 5 members which includes Match Chairperson who is elected at their first meeting

Pennant Committee, 7 members, this includes Pennant coordinator and Pennant Chair-Person, selected at first pennant meeting

Laws & Umpires Committee 5 members

Greens Committee 5 members

Coaching Committee 5 members

Website Coordinator

PLEASE NOTE ALL NOMINATION FOR THESE POISTIONS WILL CLOSE FRIDAY 26^TH MAY 2023 AT 6.00PM with the secretary

ALSO ALL NOMINATIONS MUST GO THROUGH THE SECREATRY BY EMAIL OR POST. NOMINATIONS GIVEN TO ANY ONE ELSE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
