UPDATE – Midweek Pennant – Preliminary Finals Rescheduled.

Condition of Greens:

Corowa Civic – Open

Wangaratta – Open

Wodonga – Open

As a result of todays Midweek Preliminary Finals being postponed due to rain, the Games are now programmed as follows:

  • Divisions A1, A2, B1 and B2 – Thursday 25th March, 10.00am start (rollup prior too) – Venues as listed for today’s games.
  • Division A3 – Sunday 28th March, 10.00am start (rollup prior too) – Venue Benalla BC (moved from Wangaratta).

Reason for putting games back to Thursday is to allow the Host Club Greens staff to prepare their Greens after the constant rain experienced over the past two days.

Rain Event Conditions:        In the event of rain impacting on the game the following is to occur:

  • Games will be played and only postponed if the Host Club closes its Greens. Greens may be closed temporarily and reopened later in the day if the weather is likely to clear. The Region Representative, in association with the Clubs Greens Representative, will make the call on whether the final is postponed for the day or just temporarily.
  • If games are postponed sides will be required to continue play the next day. If this is not possible the Regions Pennant Committee will advise of an alternate date.
