Final Colin Coulston & Ron Keane defeated Paul Davies & Bruce Owen

In a terrific game where scores were close throughout, 6 all after 8 ends, 8 all after 11 ends, and 12 all going into the last end. The end started with both teams fairly even on a 3-quarter length end, when Colin drove the jack into the ditch with his bowl finishing in the ditch 1 metre from the jack. Paul’s subsequent bowls made contact with bowls on the green and did not get closer to the jack.
