Points From the O&M Board Meeting – 18 March 20

The O&M Board met on Weds 18th and strongly endorse the Bowls Victoria recommendations as far as Bowls events to be held by clubs.

O&M has received some queries from clubs as far as AGM’s , presentation nights etc.

The Board’s position is that clubs need to be mindful of the recommendations made by the State Government Health Department, at the time of writing being

1. No more than 100 people indoors,
2. good hygiene regime implemented
3. social distancing

Coupled with the assessment as to the “essentialness” of the meeting and being aware of and in sync with changes in the recommendations as to gatherings of people as the virus makes its presence felt in the community.
