Kylie Whitehead – 2019 Women’s Singles Champion

Kylie does it again, How did she get there?

In the Women’s Singles Championship Semi-Finals Kylie Whitehead (Ovens & Murray) progressed to the final after winning her game against Jan Richardson (Peninsula Casey).

Kylie faced Vicki Smith (Eastern Ranges) who secured her spot after defeating local Julie Ross (Bendigo Campaspe). The final saw a tight tussle early between Kylie  and Julie with the scores level after seven ends, but Kylie picked up the pace to take the title 25 to 17.

Well done Kylie, a real champion for our Region!
