All clubs should have registered for access to BowlsLink to enable club administration and competition management. All clubs should have received a copy of the letter, below, from Bowls Vic.

Dear Secretary,
Bowls Victoria are preparing to issue Clubs with access to the new member database, BowlsLink.
Bowls Victoria are asking Clubs, Regions and Divisions to nominate a delegate (administrator) who will be responsible for overseeing your database management. Multiple administrators are allowed, however for security and privacy reasons we recommend no more than two administrators. It is at your club’s discretion to decide who your administrator is.
There are three levels of access available, Region, Division and Club. If you require access for multiple levels, an individual application for each level needs to be submitted. Please click the link below to nominate your delegate administrator. |

Please be mindful that BowlsLink is new and, as with any new system, there may be some minor amendments and adjustments that need to be made over the coming months.
Bowls Victoria will continue to work in collaboration with Bowls Australia to test functionality of Bowls Link and ensure the user’s experience is a pleasant one.
From what we have seen so far and the planning for future functionality, we are incredibly confident this will be a far better system than has ever been seen before in the sport of bowls.
